Did you know that when a tanker truck leaks hydrochloric acid on a major highway, they’ll close that highway down and divert all traffic onto an alternate route?  Did you also know that this is particularly inconvenient when one is on a schedule and there really isn’t a direct alternate route to be taken?  Would you like to guess who got caught in that nightmare today?  NO, REALLY.  GUESS.

And guess who then, while trying to make up time on the almost as equally trafficky alternate route, got stuck behind two cars who had a fender bender?

Would it surprise you to find out that later, this same person very nearly got run off the road by an old (OOOOOOOOLD) lady in a white Buick?  If said person hadn’t looked off to the right just in time to think Hey, that white car is getting awfully close OMFG WHAT IN HELL IS SHE DOING then said person could very well have ended up sandwiched between the old lady’s car and the concrete divider wall.

Thankfully, the above mentioned person arrived safely back at home.  Home, which has her children, husband, and copious amounts of wine.
